“Let me introduce y'all to Coco. I was riding past on a block next to mine, and I saw a dog hanging out the window. And I was like, 'we can't leave her there.' And I noticed how malnourished she was. So me and my little brother, we took her home. My brother climbed up the ladder, as you can see, and we took her to the house, we bathed her, we fed her, and she's been eating slowly on her own, and gradually she's been gaining weight.”

We've had her since Saturday. I've taken her to the park introduce her to [my dog] pack. Yesterday was her first day at the vet, and she did pretty well. Found out she was a good six-month-old, American bvlly. We don't know if she's mixed, I guess we'll know as she adds weight on to her. But as far as we know, they said she was a Merle American Bvlly. A tricolor American Bvlly. Coco did pretty well. Oh, yeah, and she was born in November."

"We took Coco to meet my mom's and my little sister, Angel. And after that, straight to get a pup cup from Starbucks. So she had a pup cup and she had a kids meals from Chick-fil-A. That is a tradition. If you've been following. My page [is about] my fur babies. Cause I always talk about all of them, especially Storm. They all get they Pup cup and they get the kids meal after they get their shots, they check up. So even after going to the groomers now, my dog is so bougie… She enjoyed it, of course."

"So after that, we ended up going back to the building where I rescued her. I called for another wellness check. For the second time, the police came out and they actually did it while we were there, finally. After me watching this house day and night, the man who lives there showed up. He told me that someone gave him the dog like that and he had her for a month.
So in my mind, for the last month, she still ain't been eating enough. But anywho, we had it out. We definitely had it out. I took her to meet my sister, cause no, she wasn't going back there. And um, after that, we went home. And this is how Coco ended up. Late, comfortably laid up, full, and snuggled up next to Hunt.
And I really appreciate everybody who has donated to her. I'm going to make sure she has the best outcome ever. I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate y'all."

“Update: We found out Cocoa was severely abused. Which explains why everything scares her. She tucks her tail at every sound and shakes when we are out. Also found out she’s the one that clawed the window and broke it. Which explains the bl00dy nail bed… We took her to the vet she is now 27 pounds. I will continue doing updates on the baby… She’s been through so much. We have three more vet appointments. Please don’t get irritated with me because I will be posting her progress… Thank you guys!”
